Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Any requests to change or cancel must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, requests will be denied. Once received, your order can be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays or sales periods. We handle orders Monday to Friday, with processing taking 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders ship the next business day after processing. Note: We do not ship on weekends.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in GBP and exclude taxes and duties. International customers may need to pay import taxes, duties, or customs fees when the order reaches its destination. These charges are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility—we do not cover them. We’re also not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
